- James Timmis Review added: 2018.08.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful awful customer service. Sold blackout blinds that let in a huge amount of light in (to the extent they were pointless). Fitter left screws etc lying around in each of the rooms (he knew I had a toddler). When complained sales person was supercilious and self opinionated and did not understand the needs of a customer. Refunded but bill not itemized and the amount they said this blind was at point of refund was not valid (would have made a less superior and smaller blind more expensive!) Do not trust this salesperson... self confessed knows nothing about what blinds would be like when fitted.
